Performia is an International company, with offices in 20 countries and many more in the pipeline.

Mr Marten Runow, Founder and Chairman of Performia International, started Performia in 2001. He has worked in the field of hiring for over 20 years, specializing in the use of testing for this purpose. We in Performia use mainly Personality analysis, but also many other tests such as Leadership index, Performance checking, IQ, etc, in order to find the best candidates to help our clients hire only productive people, ones who will be assets to their business.

Our goal in Performia is to introduce businesses around the world to the incredible, enormously tested and proven discoveries of Mr. Hubbard regarding the relationship between Productivity, Motivation, Personality and Knowledge and to use these discoveries to hire productive, well-intentioned people; thereby increasing productivity and the overall expansion of their company.

It is from Performia International all the offices around the world are managed, all system development is worked out and it is also where all new office personnel is trained so that they can sell and deliver Performia serviced upon return to their country.

What Services Does Performia Deliver?

Introduction Seminar

Introduction Seminars are a great way for clients to obtain information about our services. What we sell is more than just a fancy computer system and the Introduction Seminar is a great way to give our potential clients in Performia a glimpse of what we are really offering them. This is a 3 hour seminar which gives the clients an insight into what we can do for them and how the system works.

Tests & Interviews

A client can purchase individual tests and interviews. This means that the Performia Office tests and evaluates the client’s chosen applicants and delivers their results and recommendations to the client. This is usually the first service clients use before they become licensees.

License

The main service Performia deliver are Licenses. This is a service where we train clients to take care of their own hiring and using our internet-based system which has been streamlined to increase efficiency, speed and accuracy in hiring. Once trained the client now knows how to evaluate the tests and interviews and can master the Performia system. With this increased understanding of personality, motivation, performance and knowledge they can increase productivity by far in their business. We in Performia provide them with support and quality control.

The training in Performia is based on the works of Mr. Hubbard and can be delivered in 3-10 days depending on how in depth you want the training to be. It is delivered by Marten Runow, or a person appointed by him. Training to become a Performia Seminarist exists and can be done so you can deliver your own seminars.

Additional Performia Services

In order to increase the speed and precision in hiring, using the above mentioned tests and interviews; we have, over the last 6 years, developed a sophisticated, Internet-based system. We in Performia work continuously to improve this system. We have around 6000-7000 tests through the system each week and growing. There are a couple of additional services that we deliver to our clients to make their hiring easier and these are:

In order to provide our clients in Performia with the best possible service we have a Design Generator. This enables us to make tailor-made designs based on our clients profile so when he logs in, sends tests or e-mails to his applicants it will be with the company profile of the client, rather than the profile of Performia. This is very appreciated by our many clients.

To make the hiring process even faster and to allow for quick search functions; effective communication with applicants and basic screening functions, we recently released Interspeedia. This is a system of handling applicants quickly and with a high level of control. Interspeedia also allows the clients to post job-ads on their own website so candidates can apply for the job right there on their site. This application arrives with the administrator who can then send basic questionnaires and use advanced search functions to handle the applicants, right there on-line.
