Mrs. Carina Runow is CO-owner and Executive Director of Performia Sweden. During her 17 years in the field of hiring she has helped thousands of Swedish Businesses hire provenly productive staff, through the use of testing and interviews.

Before being directly involved in recruitment she held the position of P.A. and Personal Secretary to Marten Runow. While doing these jobs she became very interested in the tests Performia was using and wanted to learn how to use them in order to locate productive personnel. She quickly learned to use the tests and interviews so that she could help Clients hire the right person.

Now, her specialty is in finding exceptionally productive Applicants who become real assets for their Companies. She does this through tests and personal interviews and by educating her clients in how to use the on-line Performia system so they themselves are able to find top performers.

She has a very close relationship with all of her clients and always goes the extra mile to ensure they are satisfied and happy with the Service Performia Sweden has provided. She follows up every hired Candidate to ensure they are still doing well, even months after they have been hired.

Carina Runow is also the mother of 4 lovely children and is happily married to Marten Runow. They have now been married for almost 17 years.

In her free time she spends time with her family and friends and she enjoys taking long walks with her 3 dogs in the beautiful country surrounding her home.
