Vladimir Sidorenko is the main cofounder, CEO and President of the company which is called PERFORMIA CIS. The word PERFORMIA comes from the English word PERFORM, one of the meanings of which is to FULFILL, to ACCOMPLISH something. PERFORMIA helps its clients to find and hire exactly such employees. PERFORMIA is an international company with the main office in Stockholm. Its founder is Marten Runow. This company functions already in 20 countries in the world opening there its offices. One of such offices is PERFORMIA CIS. “Under” PERFORMIA CIS there are all countries of CIS. The first and the central office of PERFORMIA CIS is situated in Moscow. Just there is situated physically the study of the CEO and the President. PERFORMIA CIS has already opened 2 regional offices – in the city Almaty (Kazakhstan) and in the city Novosibirsk (the capital of the Siberian region of Russia). There are 2 more offices in the process of opening – in Bishkek (Kirghizia) and in Kazan (the capital of Tatarstan, Russia).
Vladimir Sidorenko visits his office in Moscow not often. The most part of the time devoted to work Vladimir Sidorenko spends in different cities of CIS delivering already well-known in businesses 8-days seminars of PERFORMIA which are called “HOW TO RECRUIT SUCCESSFULLY”.
